JW Winco now offers Adjustable Levers and Clamping Levers with Eccentrical Cam in smaller sizes for smaller applications along with a Locking Pin for safety-related applications. Standard parts are extremely versatile in their application and therefore can offer great opportunities.

The original model GN 300 Adjustable Levers has also been further optimized. It is now available with a markedly shorter handle with a length of 22 millimeters and limits the applied torque during tightening. This variant is intended especially for light applications.

Locking pins quickly and reliably connect and secure various components. For greater security against accidental release or manipulation, Winco has developed new Lockable Stainless Steel Pins with Key GN 314. The new locking pin also offers high security with regard to its load carrying capacity. Winco determined the double shearing resistance in accordance with DIN 50141.

The GN 927 Clamping Levers with Eccentrical Cam now are offered in a smaller size 44. Clamping levers with eccentric cams, which use only threads to reduce or increase tension quickly without torque, are self-locking due to the tension-to-lever ratio just before the clamping point.

Maximum Corrosion Resistance: Standard Parts

Good corrosion resistance is essential when using metal parts in aggressive environments. JW Winco therefore now offers even more standard parts in the higher quality Stainless Steel grade AISI 316L (A4).

The Winco product range has always included many non-rusting standard parts. But not all stainless steels are the same. Roughly 120 types with different alloy compositions are listed in today’s material catalogs. While Winco has historically concentrated to date on use of the AISI 303 (A1) and AISI 304 (A2) grades because these can be machined more economically, the market leader in standard parts now also offers an entire range of products in the more resistant AISI 316L (A4) variation as well – especially for use in aggressive environments.
